2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
-
2 cloves garlic
-
Jar of Mexican Salsa (2 if small jars)
-
2 small bags frozen French Fries
-
Cheddar cheese- grated
Sautee ground beef until browned, add in garlic and salsa. Bake French Fries in oven until somewhat crispy.
Layer Sauce, fries, cheese. Continue until all ingredients are used. Bake in oven at 375 for about 30-40 minutes or unti done. Enjoy with sour cream on top. Yum!
I thought this recipe up- while I was trying to think of things that I needed to get out of the freezer & one was ground beef & the other was this HUGE bag of fries. So this concoction just kind of popped into my head- I knew it was something the hubby would love! And easy for me to make, which is always nice- right girls? I was right, the hubby LOVED it!! He came back for seconds which is unusual for him. This is definitely a keeper!
