I think everyone knows by now how much I love chocolate -so I decided to create some raw chocolate coconut cookies
I threw some organic raw cashews in the vitamixer and got this cashew flour as my base
I added some raw organic cacao powder, organic coconut oil, organic brown rice syrup, organic raw almond butter & raw organic shredded coconut
Mixed it all together and came up with this…
The raw dough was sooo good!
I pattied them all out into cookies then put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes or less..
And they came out like this!
Don’t they look good?
and they were super easy to make!
I really enjoyed the taste of both the Tropical Traditions Brown Rice Syrup and Coconut Oil, unfortunately Roscoe didn’t like the freeze dried lamb treats- but that’s not really saying much, because Roscoe is super picky! The only treat I can get him to eat right now is Milkbones- I wish he would eat these raw lamb treats because they are so much healthier. I’m thinking I might try to grind them up and make him some raw cookies as well, because he kept eating these that I made
Have you ever tried to make raw cookies/desserts?

That raw cookie looks delicious! I had a raw and vegan ginger cookie from One Lucky Duck. That’s the most I’ve tried them but it was surprisingly crisp for something not cooked
they look so good!!! omgg.. i love cookie dough:)

Those look REALLY good, they look soft - yum!!
I’ve never tried to bake anything to be honest! I want to take it up though, especially this holiday season.
Those do look good. I’m super impressed by your raw “baking” skills!
