Hubby had to go out of town today on work so I decided to work out at home! I downloaded my new music and got to it-  And by working out, I mean dancing, squats, jumping jacks, leg lifts, etc.

 

And afterwards, I did some stretching..

 

I actually haven’t stretched in quite a while- I need to do it more often

 

aaand some more! Look at Roscoe- he looks so bored haha

 

I was a sweaty mess after I was done!

 

And here is what else I’ve been up to this week and some of last week (sometimes I get busy and it’s hard keeping up with everything!)

And I also said goodbye to my Juicer this week

 

I barely use it since I have a juicer already- I’m trying to simplify my life plus I made $203 on ebay!

 

I also made some organic almond milk- I soaked the almonds for about 15 hours, then blended & strained through a milk nut bag. Perfect for hot chocolate!

I started reading this book- I already love it!

 

Had some hot chocolate w/my raw almond milk, raw cacao powder & raw agave

 

I got a sweet craving, so I thought I’d whip up a raw treat- that is almond pulp left over from my almond milk

 

I made Raw Cacao Truffles!

 

Had one of many salads!

 

And used some of this as my dressing mixed together w/avo & a tbsp. of hummus

 

I’ve been using this to put in my daily H20 intake- I just steep it in some hot water then add to my H20

 

On the left is a glass of Greens (spirulina, chorella, all kinds of goodies) & honestly it was gross- I had to chase it down with the lemon water and some fruit!

 

Do you notice anything different about me?

 

I’ve been using the new Waterpik that the company sent to me to review!

 

Honestly, I feel like my teeth are SO much whiter and cleaner and I love the interdental brush to clean in the tighter places- I feel like I’ve been to the Dentist without all of the pain (I really hate going to the Dentist eek!) I also love the 2 minute timer - it automatically shuts off after you’ve brushed your teeth for 2 minutes- which works great for me because I’m an obsessive brusher-At least that is what the dentists have told me It also has a high speed and a low speed which is great- it took me a little while to get used to the high speed, but once I did, I loved it! Apparentally, the Waterpik has been clinically proven to be more effective in removing plaque than other sonic toothbrushes- that’s good to know

Unfortunately, I do have to make a dentist appointment soon to fill a cavity uggh- so I will see what they say about my teeth, especially after using the Waterpik for a couple of weeks.

Well, me and the hubby are about to head out to do some Christmas Shopping- I can’t believe that Christmas is next week!!! So crazy, really! Hopefully, we will find some things- it’s already after 6 now, so it only leaves us with a few hours of shopping today- so I’m out! Hope you all have a fabulous night
