More about Livin Spoonful
We use sprouted sunflower seeds that are naturally Gluten-Free. This breaks down the enzyme inhibitors that keep the seeds dormant. These same inhibitors disrupt your digestive process when you eat seeds and nuts that haven’t been sprouted. A young, growing seed is packed full of vitamins and enzymes that get destroyed by most factory processes. And because they’re more digestible, you’ll eat less and have more energy.
We dehydrate our crackers at very low temperatures instead of baking. This helps to preserver the fragile enzymes and vitamins in the food. You can even see pieces of vegetables in the crackers! Because we don’t add high heat, the ingredients don’t get chemically altered. It’s just like eating straight out of the garden!
We use the highest quality organic ingredients available, sourced locally whenever possible. When you want exceptional flavor, you have to start with exceptionally good ingredients. Our vegetables are fresher and our carbon footprint is lower. And we’re contributing to our local economy.
These crackers were fabulous with hummus!
Honestly, it was so hard to pick a favorite, because all of the crackers were sooo good! I really loved Sunny Garden Herb, Pesto Pumpkin Seed Crackers & the Caraway Crisps because they had a nice spicy taste to them
The Coconut Curry had more of a sweet taste that paired nice with salsa & raw cheese as well. I’ve tried several raw crackers and these are one of the best- some raw crackers aren’t as thick and break all apart, but I loved how these were stable even through all of the hummus dipping - gotta love that
These crackers are great for those who eat an all- raw diet, celiacs, people with gluten-intolerance, tree nuts, soy or dairy (these crackers did not bloat me at all!) and also if you want to try to get more fiber in your diet
Check out how you can order some of these crackers, here!
