Pcos, known as polycystic ovary or ovarian syndrome is a condition, which affects and alters multiple hormone levels of a woman's body, most likely aged between 15 to 45. Surprisingly 70% of them have no idea about the condition which they already have. This can happen in any age after puberty.

Lifestyle plays a very important part of the process. Change some part of your diet and habits. I.e. early bed and wake up early. Also add some dark green veggies in you diet.
