Hi, I’m Melinda- I just started my new job on February 4, 2010 as a Sub Agent/Customer Service Rep at Taylor Insurance working with my older sister. I also am a Product Reviewer on the side, which I enjoy because I get to try out all kinds of fabulous products! I am married to my awesome hubby & best friend and we have a dog (rat terrier) by the name of Roscoe. I’m a fun, outgoing girl- I love life and living it to the fullest. I love to Travel, Cook/Bake, thrift shopping, home decor, photography and trying new things and meeting new people. Here are my goals for 2010 and my Bucket list of things that I want to do in life:
Goals that I want to achieve for 2010:
- Finish House Remodel
- Sell House & Pay off all bills-save money (live in an airstream on our land) for a few months while we build our dream home
- Go Back to College
- Make new Christian friends
- Have dinner parties, BBQ’s with family and friends
- Play more board games/less TV
- Spend less money- save $$ for new dream home
- Grow my Nails long
- Get over my fear of driving
- Find a job that I love!
- Get to my ideal weight (I want to lose this 15-20 pds. that I gained last year)
- Date nights with hubby- coffee & books, movies, shopping, dinner, etc.
- Be more open, allow myself to be vulnerable
- Get back in church- pray more, love more
- Stay away from negative/passive, agressive types/controlling people- hang out with positive people who love me for me!

- Hot Air Balloon
- Catamaran
- Go ice skating
- Own an airstream
- Go to a Drive in Movie
- Paris- Eiffel Tower
- Ride a camel and an Elephant
- Horseback riding on the beach with hubby
- Stay in a Yurt one night
- Scuba diving
- Try out a Pilates or Yoga class
- Great Wall of China
- Go to a Blog Event
- Start my own business- cookie business maybe?
- Alaska
- Swim with the dolphins - I’ve petted them but never swam with them
- Grow my nails
- Throw myself an glamourous themed birthday party
- Visit Scotland
- Stay in a Castle
- Learn French- my Mother is French, but we were raised speaking English
- Renew marriage vows in some romantic place
- Have children or adopt a child
- Cooking Classes- preferably in Tuscany
Yes, I am from Vancouver! where are you from? when r u coming here? Granville Island is cute, its just a market… I love Capilano suspension bridge, grouse mountain, whistler, robson street, china town, gastown and of course stanley park!

I had no idea! I am from Georgia- hopefully I will be in Vancouver this month or next. Sound like some great places- I’ve been to parts of Canada before- it’s so beautiful! I’ve never been to the Vancouver side though- I’m so excited!
